Have been steadily working through them for a top Fortune 500 as an IT consultant for more than 7 years now. COMSYS seems to have strong relations (read "preferred vendor" perhaps) with the some of bigger corporations. Not sure about employees, but as an independent consultant I have nothing to complain about. The paychecks are always on time with them, which is not always the case for my colleagues that went through the smaller firms. The contract just keeps on being extended every year. Perhaps this is not usually applied to consultants, but I am feeling pretty good regarding my job security. The rate growth could be faster - this is up to the vendor to a higher degree, of course. With the recent market slowdown, I had to take a rate cut. I split the difference with them 50/50 - maybe they could buffer me a little better, that's why 4 stars. Overall, a happy camper here.
